Certification of new residential projects
All new projects meet green building standards and
fine decorated residential projects are developed in accordance
with one-star or higher green building standards since 2021.
By 2030, 90% of new residential projects should meet high-star levels.

Certification of new property operation projects
Shopping malls, office buildings, industrial parks and other large public buildings held and run should at least conform to two-star green building standards, and LEED, WELL and other international certifications are preferred.
New super high-rise buildings should be designed and constructed according to three-star green building standards.

Certification of demonstration projects
We will take the initiative to require demonstration projects to be
designed according to best practices of the certification system,
and apply for the highest level of certifications such as zero
energy consumption, zero carbon emission or other sustainable buildings.

continuously upgrade them step by step.
