The Company's top management formulates integrity policies, and supervisory
institutions at all levels carry out tasks related to integrity management
to ensure that integrity-related responsibilities are fulfilled at all levels.

CMSK is also continuing to strengthen integrity collaboration with suppliers, contractors,
and other stakeholders, standardize the compliant supply chain management according
to the Implementation Rules of CMSK Regarding the Management of Suppliers,
endeavor to establish a sound supply chain management mechanism, and promote the Transparent Procurement Project.
The Company is continuing to improve the supervision mechanism, and leverage electronic bidding, procurement,
and transaction platforms to achieve internal and external supervision collaboration, thereby promoting integrity in procurement.

CMSK has formulated and implemented the Implementation Rules for CMSK Integrity Supervision and Management,
and established a four-in-one whistleblowing platform by means of "letter, visit, Internet and telephone" .
